The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7 Joya. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members
• Allowing or encouraging minors to use an account
• Colluding against the platform

7 Joya reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances. Members may also choose to close their own accounts at any time.

• Terms Violation: Violating any part of the Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension.
• Identity Verification Failed: Failure to provide accurate information during the KYC process may result in account restrictions.
• Suspicious Activity: If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete.
• Voluntary Closure: Any member can contact the support team at any time to close their account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless it is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of terms.
